Our Gallerum Art VR Discord is a place for testers and members to ask questions, share experiences and exchange ideas. Share technical problems in #bug-reports and ideas in #suggestions-idealab, or meet other members to explore galleries together.

A FEW USEFUL THINGS TO KNOW
Before you step inside.
Do I need an account?
You can explore solo and use demos without a Gallerum account. You need an account to build and access account galleries or join shared rooms. Use the same Gallerum account in the portal and the app.
Can I build a gallery on my phone?
Yes. Studio works in a browser on your phone or computer. Add pictures and videos, organise your collections and save the gallery to your account for download on Quest.
Who can see my gallery?
Your account gallery is private until you choose to share or publish it. You control sharing and can recall a managed gallery through the portal. Removal from a headset is confirmed when the app receives and processes the recall; it is not instant on an offline device.
Where do I report a problem?
Use the reporting tools in the app or portal for a user or gallery. For account help, technical problems or private questions, email support@gallerum.art. Discord is useful for general feedback and ideas.
